Membership
It comprises 308 members like universities, research institutes, innovative companies and enterprises, non profit institutes and seven associations representing 468 members respectively.
The members show activities in the following sections:
 research and development,
small and medium sized enterprises,
higher education,
innovation non profit,
entrepreneur development,
agrarian innovation,
innovation marketing.
The Association represents the interests of its member companies and takes part in the preparation of decisions related
to innovation and in forming the domestic R&D and innovation politics. It maintains official contact with state
organs, other business federations, legislators and those implementing the law, as well as with organizations dealing with innovation.
We represent ourselves in the Hungarian Accreditation Committee and other different, national bodies and advisory boards. The Hungarian Association for Innovation is the member of the Confederation of Hungarian Employers and Industrialists (MGYOSZ).
Our Association launched innovation centers, innovation parks and seven regional directors operate in the regional centers.
The Hungarian Association for Innovation ensures the information flow working in both ways and the opinions of the member companies become to known, partly as a self initiative, partly as an opinion regarding the sent proposals.
Naturally a lot of information – proposals of the National Economic Ministry, Ministry of Human Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Rural Development, etc., other business offers, potential tenders, events, partnership offers, etc. – get into us officially, its recognition could influence or help your enterprise or service activities. We publish them in our Newsletter and homepage (www.innovacio.hu) regularly.
